Grand Central Terminal (GCT) formarly known as Grand Central Station is on of the most magnificent railway station in the New York. The station code is GCT owned by Midtown TDR Ventures (leased to Metro-North Railroad). This is a beautiful public attraction in the New York City. The terminal's main entrance is at 89 east 42nd street and park avenue, New York, NY 10017; subway 42nd st-grand central (4,5,6,7,S).

The Terminal was opened in 1871 and in 1913, 1994-200 the monumental railway station was rebuild for the New York and Harlem Railroad Company with Beaux-Arts Architectural style. In efficient way, the transportation hub connected with metro, train, car and pedestrain trafic which has 67 train tracks on two sepharate levels. Grand Central Terminal (GCT) covers an area of 48 acres.

The terminal has 5 lines Hudson Line, New Haven Line, Harlem Line, New Canaan Branch and Danbury Branch. It has 44 high-level platforms where 43 island platforms, 1 side platform and 6 tracks with spanish solution. It is connected with The MTA New York City Subway 4, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, S trains at Grand Central - 42nd street and MTA New York City Bus: M, M2, M3, M4, M42, M101, M102, M103.

The passages in the terminal are: Metro-North Railroad upper level, Metro-North Railroad lower level, Northwest and Northeast passage, 47th Street cross-passage and 45th Street cross-passage. The Terminal has a arry of shops and restaurants serve more than 500,000 travelars every day.
